Return Policy
- Due to global retail industry standards, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for skincare, makeup, and cosmetics unless they are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied.
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect order and wish to return it for a refund or exchange, please inform us within 15 days of receiving your order. Ensure the products are in the same condition as received, in their original packaging, and include a copy of the receipt and a valid ID.
- For refunds, we’ll process the amount back to your payment card upon receiving the returned products. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed similarly. For exchanges, return the faulty unopened purchase product, and you can get a replacement of equal value.
- Note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Please take good care of any products you wish to return and refrain from using them. We aren’t responsible for any loss or damage during your possession.
- Keep in mind that some products may be exclusive to our online store or available for a limited time only. We cannot guarantee the availability of exact products or shades for exchange, in such cases, we will refund the amount or send the requested product; upon its next availability in stock.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed back to your payment card, and cash on delivery payments will be handled accordingly. In case of cancellation before shipment, we initiate the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
- In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being replaced, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
If you cancel an order after shipment has been dispatched, or if you are returning the product after receiving the product, we will process the refund once the returned items have been received and verified at our warehouse.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged due to misuse or overuse
- Returned without the original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged
- Serial number is tampered with
- Defective products not covered under the Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
- Product is used or altered
- Return request is initiated more than 15 business days after delivery.
- Free products provided by the brand.
