SUMSAM beauty offers free shipping for items order worth more than Rs. 200,/-
We can ship our products all over India.
Delivery time will be 6 to 8 days days, depending on the city of the buyer.
After the products is ordered, it will be shipped Via our delivery partners within 48 to 72 hours.
After the item is shipping the AWB will be shared with the customer, so they can track their shipment.
Items to be checked by the customer, at the time of collection for any physical damages, if any physical damage, it has to be reported to us & return the shipment immediately.
NO claims will be honored after the shipment is received & the AWB copy is signed, as our products as cosmetics & are NON-returnable.
At the time of collection, AWB copy to be signed by the customer as proof of delivery.
Order received on holidays, we will shipped on next working days.
Any order cancellation should be done, before the items are shipped, Order after items are shipped, cannot be cancelled.
Once the order is received, we will keep updating the customer via whstapp or email, the order processing.
During sales promotion, standard shipping timings may not apply.
Presently we do not ship internationally.
